All staff members are fully trained in property management and we undertake regular assessments of our service to identify areas of improvement. This commitment ensures that you as our Landlord will receive the service you expect and your tenant is managed in a professional manner.

Not all tenants have to pass credit checks for certain properties; this is discussed in depth with new landlords. For those landlords wishing for stringent vetting procedures to be carried out on potential tenants, this should be discussed this with a staff member.

Viewings for vacant properties will always be accompanied by a member of staff; often we have staff on hand to do same day viewings. We do not give prospective tenants keys to view properties as a matter of security. In addition, when undertaking the viewing we can answer any questions or queries raised by the prospective tenant.

Landlord Rewards

Any landlord who introduces a fellow landlord with a portfolio of 20 or more properties to us; on instruction both landlords will receive one month free management fee. The way this will work is by after being instructed and on receiving the second month's rent from the date of instruction; both landlords will receive a cheque for full cash back of the whole 10% commission charged for that month. This is conditional to the introduced landlord staying for a minimum period of 6 months.
